Thank you very much for this information! I appreciate it.
I have recently start to use Twitter more and I only have 200 persons I am following right now. However, I am already seeing that I need a lot more to keep track of who is who. For example, I want to know from what country they are. I want to tag their interests so I can group them. Let’s say they have kids and I have related info. Then I want to tweet about to those who have kids and so on.
In the end it is really a question of a full CRM system …
Any good ideas?
